Delivery

Delivery costs are included in the estimated price at the first appointment. For overseas delivery, additional charges will also be included in the approved price.

We are not responsible for any customs fees or other unforeseeable charges.

Cancellation of an order

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible by email (crinolineetqueuedepie@gmail.com). Please note that the first deposit is not refundable if the materials have been purchased.

If the making of your costume has already been started, the costs paid by our company for its making will be charged to you. These costs include materials and time invested that are not covered by the first payment. The costume will then become the property of Crinoline et Queue de pie.

Payment method

Currently, the accepted payment methods are cash and transfers.

All copyrights for our costumes belong to Crinoline et Queue de Pie. It is forbidden to reproduce our designs for commercial purposes.

All the content of our site is protected by copyright and intellectual property code. It is forbidden to reproduce, copy, transform or distribute the content of this site without our consent.

You can request to broadcast / share the content, but it is essential to wait for our written consent. You should also mention the source of the shared content.

Return and refund

No return or refund will be accepted. The orders being personalized for each customer, it would be impossible for us to resell them.

Guaranteed

We guarantee the quality of manufacture of all our products. They are made in our workshops and the satisfaction of our customers is very important. We offer strong suits that will meet the customer's requirements. We inspect each costume carefully before we send it to the customer.

We offer a warranty for the duration of the event. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will adjust the costume at our expense.

Confidentiality

When you use our website, we collect personal information only when you enter these informations on the site in a form, comment, etc.

This information is used to communicate with you for business purposes only. This information remains private, it will in no case be sold or exchanged to third parties.

Ordered

By placing an order with us, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions. You agree not to reproduce our designs and to pay the amount requested at the first meeting. The final price will be charged to you in installments, so you must pay these installments at the times agreed in the contract.

After our first meeting, a contract will be sign. Any item that is not present in this summary is not part of the contract.

If you are unable to pay, the contract will be suspended until payment is received. Interest of 25$ per day will be applied. If you wish to cancel the contract, as mentioned above, the costs that we have paid for the making of the costume up to that moment will be charged to you. All products are the property of Crinoline et Queue de Pie until receipt of final payment.

When the costume has been delivered to the agreed address, the customer is responsible for the latter. We provide warranty for manufacturing defects, but any breakage caused by improper use of the costume is the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Tailored suits

When ordering a bespoke costume, you are responsible for taking your own measurements, unless otherwise agreed. If the measurements we receive are inaccurate, we are not responsible for the costume fit incorrectly.

To facilitate the process, we ask for a photo of the front, side and back. We will indicate on the photos where to take measures to avoid errors. We ask that you wear tight clothing in the photos and wear the underwear that will be worn with the costume.
